I've been teaching yoga since I was 16, I'm now 54 and am of clear mind what I want. I want to get to the next level, I've been teaching beginning - intermediate yoga fo about 12 years at the gym where I live. I want desperately to achieve another level of intermediate - advance and I really don't know where to go! I live in Dayton, Ohio and find that with my busy schedule I need something close and affordable to get there (I work for myself). Yoga has proved a wonderful release both physically and mentally and I feel I need a teacher, but I'm always the teacher. . .help!
